We are a tiny cottage business doing the best we can, so we appreciate your patience with us.
There is a current wait of 7-10 days for backorders- they take 1 week under normal circumstances, but we are still working at 50% workforce and have some delays with our own supply chains, so please anticipate a delay.
If the wait is likely to be longer we do email personally and if you need something urgently, it’s always best to double check we have it in stock ready to go. Of course we always dispatch ASAP and when we do you will receive an order complete email.
There are a number of posts on our facebook page showing the process to make our jewellery. It’s not a quick thing to do, but we like to make each piece special.
